RETURNS
There are strictly no refunds. Please choose products carefully, including footwear.
If you receive a faulty product, we will fulfill a full refund (excluding postage). Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (Photos of product will be required for refund to abbey.johnson.01@hotmail.com)
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 64 Lannercost street, Ingham QLD 4850, Australia. You will receive refund once we received the faulty item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
